Frequently Asked Questions
HOW DO WE BOOK?
My booking process is easy! Please inquire via my contact form and fill me in on all the details + what package you're interested in. Keep an eye on your inbox as you will hear back from me within 24-48 hours. If we're a match made in heaven, you will receive a link including a contract and invoice to pay your non-refundable retainer. Your date is not guaranteed until a signed contracted + retainer have been received.
WILL THERE BE A SECOND SHOOTER?
Both the Madly and Deeply packages include a second shooter so that we can have more eyes on the prize! Having a second shooter ensures that no special moment gets missed and you get all those first looks, grandma tears, laughter from your guests, and everything in between!
WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
You will receive a highlight gallery aka sneak peeks within 48-72 hours! Your full gallery will be completed within 10 weeks. If this is extended for any reason, you will be notified.
DO YOU CHARGE A TRAVEL FEE?
For weddings within the Central Michigan area, there are no fees. After 60 miles, I charge a base fee of $50/hour. Additional travel + lodging fees may apply for destination weddings/elopements. To be determined.
DO I HAVE TO ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?
All packages include a print release, allowing you to print your photos wherever you'd like. I highly suggest a professional print lab, such as Mpix, to guarantee color and quality. Please store your digital images in a safe place. Your online gallery and link is only guaranteed for 12 months.
